Our subscription packages offer convenience and value. Select your package and complete your order online at the VIVUS Health Store After checking out, you will receive all the information needed to download your customized app, get your scale and start tracking.

You agree to pay to VIVUS Digital Health any fees for each subscription or Service you purchase or use, in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you for that Service. Subscription plans are invoiced monthly. Signing up to a subscription plan and receiving a Bluetooth-enabled scale commits you to the full amount of the subscription option selected. Subscriptions will not be automatically renewed at the end of a term. VIVUS Digital Health will contact you to continue or modify your plan when your subscription period lapses.
VIVUS Digital Health may change the fees charged to you for the Services at any time, provided that, for Services billed on a subscription basis, the change will become effective only at the end of the then-current billing cycle of your subscription. VIVUS Digital Health will provide you with advance notice of any change in fees.
